Many thanks to Mary Fowler for submitting this recipe for Peanut Butter - Chocolate Chip - Oatmeal Cookies.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Cup Butter (1 Stick)
• 1/2 Cup White Sugar
• 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1 Cup Flour
• 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Cream together Butter, Sugar and Brown Sugar. Add Egg, Vanilla and Peanut Butter. Mix dry ingredients together and then add to creamed ingredients along with chocolate chips. Drop by scoop or spoonful on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
