Back by popular demand! After receiving a number of calls requesting that the Mail reprint this recipe, here is Shirley Peek's recipe for Pecan Pie Muffins.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Flour
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Melted Butter or Margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients together and add to the dry ingredients. Bake in lined muffin tins 20-25 minutes.
